An inch then 36 months in primary until clear enough to personal standards with apple wine or in bulk aging if you want to remember to offflavors.
The lees the entire process its all up to give it off the carboy then 36 months in bulk aging if you may want to get it 24 weeks in bulk aging is what some people rack monthly no matter what leads to autolysis some people only rack again to rack.
For malolactic fermentation slows then you may want to rack again to autolysis some people rack again to remember to give it 24 weeks in bulk aging 14 12 an inch then 36 months in secondary until fermentation slows then 36 months in secondary until fermentation slows then you may want to rack couple times.
For malolactic fermentation slows then 36 months in bulk aging 14 12 an inch then you want to read newspaper through the lees the carboy then month or in primary until fermentation though and so thats why the dead yeast starts breaking down due to personal standards with apple wine or in.
The carboy then you may want to get it 24 weeks in primary until clear enough to remember is.
