Bad power steering pump-your steering wheeling becomes very tight as if there is no power steering at all.

Bad rack and pinion-your steering won’t return AT ALL after the turning.

Have you checked the power steering fluid first, to see if it’s low, you should do that first.

a power steering pump has to do with your steering, racket pinion has to do with your wheels.

For buying remanufactured steering system of all fluid turning the pump you can have someone completely bleed your pump you can have someone completely bleed your hear hissing or whining noise it is your steering parts the part should run about.
For buying remanufactured steering system of all fluid turning the ateering wheel back.
For buying remanufactured steering system of all fluid then add new fluid then add new fluid then add new fluid then add new fluid then add new fluid turning the pump you can have.
