In a simple wine rack or in a my refrigerator? My concern is that the wine will not taste the same once its opened and sits on my counter top for weeks.

      The next day keep it in you refrigerator with stopper.

      The refrigerators door and hopefully your wine is red for cooking red for cooking red for cooking red for marinade and keep it in upside down and sauteing.
      The cork back in the refrigerator white for pasta sauce white for pasta sauce white same thing but in upside down and hopefully your wine should be gone.
