Otherperson1ol asked:
Primary fermentation just ended so I opened up my container to transfer it to secondary fermentation. I decided to take a sniff to see how it smelled, which apparently was a terrible idea. I couldn’t even get a good wif of it because a nose started burning, ALOT. I’m not sure if this was just because of the CO2 gas that’s filled the airspace in the container or it was because the wine went bad. It doesn’t look particularly bad, It’s fairly clear and there’s no mold at the top.
