I bottle 10 gallons today and want it off my counters..
I don’t have any sediment in the wine. It is crystal clear. I usually leave it sitting upright for a few days but wondered if that long was necessary.

   I didnt know that you had to wait to lay it on its side, ugh!

   The patio cover it out on the patio cover it so the sun doesnt get to it will take days next time httpwwwthebeveragepeoplecom they have the answers.
