Converting a Compact Fridge into a wine cooler.

  • Can wine that was refrigerated and then taken out of the fridge for several weeks be refrigerated again?

      Yes, there are a WIDE variet of wine racks out there, most are not adjustable, but if you measure the shelves in this fridge, you should be able to find a rack that is close at a kitchen store, otherwise if you have the tools, you can make your own wooden racks from some basic furniture wood from a hardware store.

      If you want to find a good selection, check import places, kitchen supply companies, even department stores usually have a few to choose from.
