quail and roasted racks of lamb and much, much more, and let us tax payers pick up the tab. Is it not enough that they have made a mess out of the economy, and screwed us out of our retirement.

♥Charlayy♥ asked:

I was in the mall today scouring the stores for Christmas gifts. I was deciding on one of the gifts for my parents when I came across a wine enhancer. I have never heard of them until now, and my parents have racks upon racks of wine at their home and love having their glass of wine with dinners, and during special occasions.Seeing as they are indeed wine drinkers, I’m considering buying this tool, do wine enhancers such as this make a difference?

Here is a copy of the one I was looking at:

It’s me! asked:

A while back, I bought a beautiful iron bottle rack wine bar holder at an auction at a very high end furniture store. I think it is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet in height and about 3 1/2 in length. Its all in black and has beautiful grapes and leaves but all in iron. A glass sits on top of the rack for wine glasses. It just does not match the inside of our NEW house. I was thinking about taking it out side under a wood porch. I will REALLY match the black patio table. I just don’t know if it will rust and wonder if I should pray it with some kind of protection. Any suggestions?

I have a really fancy bakers rack that has a scrolled iron wine rack at the bottom. I have some vintage silver antiques displayed along with some other antiques on the bakers rack shelves Now I am wanting to fill the wine rack, but I’m thinking is there any fancy wines out there?

Hi asked:

It is ready to bottle. I want to add a little sugar to carbonate when i bottle but i also want to back sweeten it because it is really dry. I don’t want to use artificial sugar so i was wondering if i could just add enough sugar to carbonate it for now and wait awhile and then add some dissolved sugar the day it gets drunk so its sweet. It will be racked into empty wine bottles. So bascally i would take a bottle out add dissolved sugar put the top back on and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes than drink.

frogspinky asked:

adjacent to it. I thought of going with a light emerald green color with tan and dark brown accent walls. You will only be able to see part of the room from the kitchen, but I want a color, something kind of eye chatching but not dark, there are no windows in this room and it is pretty large. Any help would be nice, I am racking my brain trying to find a good color.

Gantt H asked:

What is the best route to take in turning a closet into a wine cellar. I have a hall closet that will probably only hold about a 100 bottles or so when outfitted. Is there a small cooling unit to put in there? What would the best racking system be? Etc….. Thanks, Gantt
