its called ariel or arial? or something like that. they have an extensive wine menu and the wine is kept in a huge wine rack on the wall and to reach the wine there is a special person in a trapeze like thing and they swing to reach the specified bottles of wine. i think the restaurant is in either mgm or maybe ceasers palace? it is a very fancy and expensive restuarant. anyone know?

Before investing in customized wine racks I want to monitor whether the closet (in the basement) is suitable for long term storage of all kinds of wine. Can anyone recommend a decent wine thermometer? I believe humidity is also a key factor so any gadget that measures both would be ideal.
