Gap in kitchen layout?

I have been trying to find some wire baskets or a wine rack to fit in this, i quite like the pull out units you can buy but they are 2cm too wide! any other suggestions?

My homemade fermenting at 72 degrees for 6 weeks now but just yesterday it stopped bubbling any suggestions?
