Nick C asked:

Just built a wine rack and would like to buy some wine to age in it…I have a couple of nice ports…but looking for something else that will age nicely.
I am really looking for a particular wine maker, year and type of wine…the general stuff is very helpful, but if there is something you are aging yourself because you feel it is a winner, let me know what that is. Preferably something I can still buy in stores.

I bought a little wine rack to hold 6 bottles at a time. Anyone have any suggestions for some of your favorites (for under $30 bucks each)

I have a beautiful build-in wine rack in my kitchen, but I don’t drink alcohol. Any idea’s of what I could fill it with?

Gavin W asked:

I did my primary fermentation of the wine at the beginning of Sept, and in three months it has been racked twice. The wine’s specific gravity is 990 and there is very little lees at the bottom of the demijohns. When can I bottle the brew? Also, do I need to add stabilising powder? Some recipes say yes, others don’t mention it.
